90 Day Shopping List

  1. Blank sketch book or journal

  2. Stickers to decorate book

  3. Pretty markers to write in

  4. Planner if you want to keep plans separate from journal. I highly recommend the "Clever Fox" planner on Amazon.

  5. Gallon sized water bottle! make sure to name it :)

  6. 4 Books of your choice (see my 90 day story for info)

  7. Resistance bands (the smaller, thick ones, not like the long ones for assisted pullups)

  8. Weightlifting belt

  9. Cutie new gym clothes

  10. Gym bag

  11. Bible or Bible app on your phone

  12. You'll need a whole grocery list lol check out my bulk/cut article

  13. Polaroid camera if you want to take your pictures that way
