MY MISSION

 If you knew me five years ago, you would have never thought that I would look how I do now. I had an extra fifty pounds of fat on me and I was tired all the time and generally just didn’t feel good. I definitely had my highs and lows and know what it feels like to have an unhealthy relationship with food, the gym, and your own body. I want to be able to help people become their best selves in a healthy, maintainable, and enjoyable way.

WHAT MAKES MY TRAINING UNIQUE

 What makes me different from other trainers is that I know what it feels like to be unhealthy because I’ve been there. I know the struggle of finding motivation, not knowing what to eat, not knowing how to stop cravings or binge eating, and being uncomfortable in the gym. If you decide to train with me, I will take your personal strengths and weaknesses into consideration; you won’t just be a name on a spreadsheet. 

     Everything I know about the gym or dieting I have researched, I did not just make it up. I enjoy learning about the biology of muscle growth and fat loss on a molecular level, and I enjoy learning new things daily. 

     Although I am open to all clients, my training is more geared towards women (I have a better understanding of the women’s hormone cycle, not mens), and people who want to lose fat first. If you are already meal prepping and in the gym frequently, and want to take it to a bodybuilding or powerlifting level, then I am not the right trainer for you. However, if you just have no idea where to start and want some accountability, I think we would be a great fit. 

     These next few things are optional, but they’re available if desired. If you are a Christian I believe that it is crucial to include God in your training and motivation, so I would love to help you find ways to do that.

MENTALITY PACK $15 (OR $5 WHEN ADDED TO EXISTING PLAN)

Includes: 

  • Journaling Program

  • Guided Bible Studies 

  • Book Reccomendations or Book Studies

  • Hobby Guidance

  • Weekly, Monthly, and Long-Term Planning/Goals
